Long time ago, there was a Nihonjin that want Anchira/ Andira so bad. He spend so much to get her and think the rate is a lie so he report it. Because of this issue the spark system is release.
What is Spark?
Spark is shortage from Cerulean Spark, item that you get for every Premium Gacha Draw you do.
Just go to Premium Gacha Draw Page, Scroll down a little and you find it.
A. You can check Character or Summon that available to Trade.
B. Time before the Creulean Spark is Expire.
C. Number Cerulean Spark you have.
How I Can Get My Fave Character?
Just do 300 times Premium Gacha Draw then you get 300 Cerulean Spark.
Trade it in "Available Item" Menu. (Make sure your Fave Character in that Item List First)
What Happened If I'm not Trade It until Expire Time?
Your Cerulean Spark will change to Cerulean Stone if you don't reach 300. So make sure you reach to 300 Cerulean Spark.
How to Get Cerulean Spark?
Every time you do Premium Gacha Draw with Crystal, Single Premium Draw Ticket, 10 Premium Draw Ticket or with Coin (cash).
Other ticket that not in Premium Gacha Menu can't get Cerulean Spark.
Where I Can Farm Crystal and Premium Gacha Ticket?
Daily Login
Some Special Event they add Extra Crystal.
Daily Co-op
Make sure you clear Co-op Mission and trade for all item in the Reward list. The Reward list will reset.
Main Quest, Side Story and Event Story
Clear each Chapter of the Story to Get Crystal.
Treasure Trade and Honor Reward on Event
Make Sure you can get them all.
Trophy, Fate Episode
Clear certain achivement to get Trophy, Crystal and other item. Got to Menu > Profile then scroll down to find Trophy Menu.
Every time you get new Character, you get Fate Episode.
Shop Buff / Journey Drops
Reach to Gold or Platinum to get Crystal or random Ticket.
Hidden Treasure On Town
Find a Hidden Treasure with right combination. More Detail check this Link https://bit.ly/2KuUEtz
Guild War / Unite and Fight Bookmaker / Betting Ticket
Bet which side will win to get Crystal. More Detail, More Crystal.

When is best time to do Spark?
When your Fave Char is on the Available Item List. Other you can do on Legend Fest (end of month) or Grand Fest (middle of the month) for 6% chance or wait for free Daily 10 draw Premium Gacha for save some crystal.
If i already got my Fave Char should i Stop?
If you got other you want to take just continue. If not you can stop and save for the next.
Which is Better? Single or 10 Draw?
It's still depend on Luck though. But on my research data, Single is better result than 10 Draw in 6% chance.
How Long I Can Collect for 300 Draws?
For New Player usually takes 3-4 Months. Veteran Player can take 5-6 Months depend on event.
